Robert Conway - CEO of the GSM Association.

As CEO of the GSM Association - a global organization comprising over 800 GSM mobile phone operators, manufacturers and suppliers - Robert Conway is a leading player in the world of mobile telephony.

He has been with the Association since 1999, working closely with senior executives of member companies and other sector leaders on the strategic direction of the mobile wireless industry.

Prior to joining GSMA he held a number of key senior executive positions within the cellular community, including CEO and Vice Chairman of Motorola Inc., with whom he was responsible for introducing the first GSM networks in Latin America and Egypt.

He is based in London.
